why are u hating on her . she didn;t do anything to u
Vitamin D3 levels are important. Magnesium Chloride will control
& relieve anxiety, leg & body cramping, restless leg. Mag Chloride
should be your 1st in-home preventative. Can be ordered on the internet.
Dr Mark Hyman’s book UltraMind Solution is subtitle “How To Fix Your
Broken Brain By Healing Your Body First”. He praises magnesium
but is vague on how to get it. . . Magnesium vitamins tend to get lost
in the digestive track & didn’t even come close to working for me.
No side effects.
the left woman has an anoying voice and face
I want them to tell this to raving mad psychotic individuals running around naked thinking they are Jesus. . Sure thing. For some yes this helps, but for some they need more help – it isn’t an all or nothing deal. I am not all big pharma nor all au naturel – why can’t we just use what works? Psych meds have worked for me- I no longer have psychosis. There is nothing natural out there for psychosis – although I did read something about marijuana being helpful, but I want to keep my children
& say you had optimum Vit D levels? I know of other factors. . Seriously what you said is a bit limited. Someone with low thyroid function can also show as being depressed.
@LukeShetler – & Lithium is au natural
The Bipolar DX has been around forever. Big Pharma gets no money from Lithium. $4 a month RX. . . I have also heard that the people more on the natural path are into Lithium Orotate and Gaba. . .
To clarify, I still have bipolar disorder, but I wasted my life with untreated symptoms.
I also realize that my grammar was bad. The end.
The disclaimer at the beginning should have said, ‘warning, we are not responsible for any deaths, ruined lives, and general misery caused by the messages of this program. ‘
As somebody who wasted most of their life being bipolar, spending years trying to fix it naturally, I hate this snake oil bullshit.
There is one thing that has EVER worked for me, and that’s lithium. And I’m 5x healthier than either of the women in the video, and I tried every day to fight the symptoms.
the rising sun in the back SAYS IT ALL!!!
five stars
You’re right. . . there are many different types of therapy but one of the biggest difficulties with mental illness is having (or not having) the ability to see beyond what you ‘think’ your problem is.
Right, lack of exercise is just as big a factor.
Its been my experience that you have to do what you have to do. If you try to be too obediant, you short change yourself and eventually you can’t take it anymore.
5 stars and faved. With all the bad news you could wonder if the news media and big pharma are working together on this one!!!! I find getting friends who are depressed away from their unnatural habitat for a while can ease their burden. Cheers
Disease is something that can progress and eventually kill you. Do people die from depression. . . yep.
In my experience, I believe depression (before it became and industry) is a natural human (definetly not pleasant) condition; it’s telling you several thing’s. For example, a real illness that is causing a hormal inbalance. . . i. e, heart disease, cancer, etc. Also, other factor’s like an abusive environment, constant stress, and nutritional factors. Depression can also be a coping behavior, especially for woman, who tend ot “have” to internalize their feelings in order to “keep the peace”.
I agree absolutely.
I found most of this to be logical, internal and external are related. good video.
I agree completely. Same with pretty much any disorder labeled as disease.
and lack of exercise
Grace is hot
Beware of anyone trying to convince you using “unknowable” spirits and such.
Depression is natural and a warning system. But the rest of what you said was bullshit. No one was depressed before money or concept of legal ownership?
The main contributor to depression as a physiological manifestation is lack of vitamin d and poor nutrition causing low serotonin levels.
Capitalism is the default and “natural” economic system. When there are no restrictions imposed unnaturally by governments. That being said, our “natural” evolutionary state is not inherently good or bad
Depression is either caused physiologically by either the brain’s inability to sustain sufficient evels of serotonin. Or it is the chronic condition that arises from existential despair. Values that one considers to be essential to one’s existence remain unattained, causing mental anguish.
